Topec B.V. specifically excludes the applicability of the general terms and conditions used by its contract partners; jurisdiction: the District Court of Dordrecht. Topec B.V. has its registered office in Papendrecht and is listed in the Trade Register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under file number 23059067.
